Beautiful resort with many wellness options, including chakra session, hammam bath, massages, facials, yoga, pilates classes etc. Good choice of healthy and tasty food, nice swimming pool and rooftop lounge with beautiful ocean views.

I really enjoyed stay in Amatara. Food was good, mainpool was good and staff was really kind and supportive. I stayed in a pool villa and all the mood and environment was fantastic. My 2 kids and wife loved Amatara. We will definitely come back.

Dit was alweer mijn tweede bezoek aan het hotel, en het personeel is nog altijd even lief en vriendelijk zonder overweldigend over te komen. Het eten is van goede prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding en smaakte goed. Ook het ontbijt was geweldig. 

Het uitzicht is geweldig, vooral in mijn Bay View Pool Villa. De kamer was ook erg ruim en comfortabel. Een leuke extra is de rooftop bar met prachtig uitzicht!

The room was a sea view room. Nice, clean and spacious room, great view!

Overall the hotel was amazing, and the property was really beautiful and well kept. The view from the infinity pool is also great! The sun beds are big an comfortable, and there is a quiet and relaxing vibe by the pool. There are several restaurants at the property, and they are all ok. Food and drinks are pretty much average, and very expensive compared to the “outside the resort-places”. We went just down the road, outside the resort - and got amazing food and drink for one third of the prize. Same goes for the spa.

The fitness room was really good, everything you need for a solid work out.

The free yoga session was great, but they charged 800 baht per session after this, which I think should be included when you stay at a resort like this. Over all we had a really nice time at the hotel, and would definitely recommend it. A great place if you want to relax and have everything you need within arms reach, and you don’t mind paying a bit extra for it.

Wij hadden een villa met privé zwembad met uitzicht op de oceaan. De service in het hotel is perfect en het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een van de beste luxe wellness resorts waar ik ooit ben geweest. 

De rust en vredigheid van dit resort met een prachtig uitzicht over de zee is wat dit resort echt bijzonder maakt. Wij waren er in het laagseizoen dus het was erg rustig, en hadden we het zwembad zowat voor ons alleen! We verbleven in de kamer met zeezicht en deze was perfect. Let wel op dat er trappen zijn bij het resort inclusief bij de kamer. Het strand was niet erg ruim, maar voldoende! Het ontbijt was heerlijk, en het personeel zo ontzettend vriendelijk!
